Job Description
As a Business Intern, you will work closely with our Business Team to expand the company’s B2B client network, support customer outreach, sales processes, and software project implementation for both domestic and international partners.
Your responsibilities include:
Collecting and categorizing client data (via LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, etc.).
Assisting in building target customer lists by market or product type.
Participating in client outreach activities (via email, calls, chat, meetings, etc.).
Preparing company profiles, capability statements, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinating with technical or project management teams to gather project requirements and compile relevant information for clients.
Tracking feedback and assisting in negotiations when required.
Updating progress, deal status, and weekly business opportunity reports.
Recording results on the internal CRM system and proposing next-step strategies.
Taking meeting minutes, summarizing reports, and maintaining project or contract records.
Assisting in organizing internal meetings, events, or product demo sessions with clients.
3rd or 4th-year university student, or fresh graduate.
Good English communication skills (especially in writing and client correspondence).
Strong communication, presentation, and office software skills (Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.).
Logical thinking, a passion for working with people, and career orientation in Sales / Account Management / Business Development.
Interest in technology, software, or blockchain is a plus.
Work directly with the international business team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales processes.
