About the Role:
Our fast-paced and rapidly growing Revenue Operations team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help drive our teams’ growth and streamline workflows. Our Customer Success Operations Associate will be naturally driven to support a large and diverse team across various functions.
The Customer Success Revenue Operations Associate will help drive the day-to-day success of the Customer Success organization by managing core elements of the Sales structure, Systems Integrations, Provisioning and core reporting. The person in this role will support our Program Managers and will be responsible for helping to solve some of the most important strategic and operational problems facing our Customer Success Organization.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of Customer Success Organization
Evaluate resources, technology and tools to optimize Customer Success team to workflows
Build reports for Customer Success Organization to track progress against key KPIs
Implement new processes and programs for the Customer Success organization that will drive growth and retention
Partner with Marketing Operations, Business intelligence and other internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
You will work closely with Senior members of the Revenue Operations team to improve inefficiencies and iterate on old processes for a more streamlined approach
Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support services to our Customer Success teams via the Revenue Operations ticketing system, as well as developing/maintaining Salesforce.com reports, onboarding new users and creating process documentation

Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Self-motivated, persistent and goal oriented
Ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders on high visibility projects with significant business impact
Highly curious with a positive attitude
High emotional intelligence and able to build trust with a diverse group of employees and stakeholders
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Detail oriented with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
